China Southern Power Grid International Co., Ltd. (CSGI) hereby invites qualified suppliers to submit proposals for the provision of official vehicle, driver and dispatching services in Türkiye in connection with COP31-related activities.

The services will be provided in Istanbul and Antalya from 10 November to 13 November 2026.

The required services mainly include airport pick-up and drop-off, full-day and half-day vehicle services, qualified drivers, and centralized dispatching support. Required vehicles include 7–9 seat business vehicles, 13-seat vehicles and 27-seat vehicles, subject to the detailed requirements specified in the RFP:
