China Southern Power Grid International (HK) Co., Limited intends to participate in a BESS Project in Hungary. The Client is seeking a market advisor to analyse the Hungarian electricity and BESS markets, assess the Project's business model and revenue case, review relevant market risks and support the Client's investment assessment. During the three years preceding the quotation submission deadline, the supplier shall have completed at least one Hungarian electricity-market advisory engagement covering at least one of the following: (a) business model, market trading strategy, revenue composition or revenue forecasting for a Hungarian electrochemical energy storage project; or (b) analysis of the Hungarian electricity market, including the day-ahead, intraday, balancing or ancillary services markets, electricity price forecasting or related market rules. The scope of work includes Hungarian Power Market Review, Hungarian BESS Market Assessment, CfD Support Mechanism Analysis,  Long-Term Market Forecast, Independent Financial Model and Review of the Seller’s Financial Model and Trading Strategy, and  Key Risks and Investment Implications. The Consultant shall provide the following deliverables:

• Hungarian Electricity Market Analysis Report, including the Hungarian power market review, BESS market assessment, CfD mechanism analysis, long-term market outlook, risk inventory and investment implications, in English;

• Project Business Model, Revenue Analysis and Seller’s Financial Model Review Report, in English; and

• 30-Year Project Financial Model, in editable Microsoft Excel format and in English, including transparent assumptions, formulas, calculation sheets, scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis and summary outputs
