A complaint at the European Court for Human Rights has been deposed regarding DANA Valencia 2024.

The following human rights violations have been observed in Spain on the 29.10 and in the weeks after the devastating flood.

4. Enforced disappearance
5. Failing to rescue
6. Criminal Conspiracy
7. Corruption
8. Right to live
9. Lack of effective investigation
10. Mass Negrophilia


This complaint has been deposed on the 18th of November 2024.
