Florham Park:
The Florham Park clinic (located at 177 Columbia Turnpike, Florham Park, NJ, 07932) offers a range of services including concussion rehabilitation, physical therapy and spine rehabilitation. Its team is led by Clinical Director Jonathan Winter, PT, DPT, who earned both his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Rutgers University. With eight years of experience and training in Men's Health and Pelvic Floor Therapy, Hospital for Special Surgery Hip Preservation, and Owens Recovery Science Blood Flow Restriction (BFR), Winter especially enjoys working with patients recovering from knee and hip replacements.

The Morristown Park Place clinic (located at 40 W Park Place, Suite 4, Morristown, NJ 07960) marks the second JAG Physical Therapy facility in the town, offering specialized manual therapy (including high-velocity spinal mobilizations), return-to-sport programming, and performance rehabilitation. The facility is overseen by Clinical Director Shane Connors, PT, DPT. He earned both his undergraduate and Doctorate of Physical Therapy degrees from Ithaca College. With over 15 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics, Connors also holds a certification as an APTA Clinical Instructor and has completed advanced training in high-velocity spinal mobilizations, along with a series of Great Lakes Seminars courses covering Maitland manual therapy techniques, the throwing athlete, and thoracic, lumbar, and sacroiliac dysfunction.

Patients who visit either the Florham Park or Morristown Park Place facilities do not need a referral from a doctor to begin physical therapy treatment and can work with a therapist for up to 30 days before needing a referral to continue services.
