Bridgewater, N.J. (October 6, 2026) – JAG Physical Therapy, one of the fastest growing comprehensive physical and occupational therapy practices providing rehabilitative care to patients and sports teams in over 180 locations across the Northeast, announces the relocation of two Monmouth County clinics in Englishtown and Red Bank.
Englishtown:
The Englishtown clinic (newly located at 45 Route 520, Suite 101, Englishtown, NJ 07726, just a few minutes down US Route 9 from its original location) offers both general and specialized physical therapy services, including instrument-aided soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) for myofascial pain and impaired mobility, TMJ physical therapy, and cupping to reduce muscle soreness and inflammation.
Its team is led by Clinical Director Christina Might, PT, DPT, OCS, who earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in Psychology from the College of Staten Island. With a specialization in orthopedic injury rehabilitation and a strong interest in utilizing manual therapy and exercise prescription for athletic populations and spinal conditions, Might is an active community member who participates in injury prevention seminars and leading stretching and foam rolling instruction with local gyms.
“The Englishtown team and I are thrilled to be upgrading to a more convenient location, where we can continue serving our community with the highest quality of care,” said Might. “We look forward to welcoming every patient, familiar or new, into our new space!”
Red Bank:
The Red Bank clinic (now located at 268 Broad Street, 1st Floor, Red Bank, NJ 07701, only 2 minutes from its prior location) features a variety of specialized treatments including Pilates for orthopedic rehabilitation, spine rehabilitation, and sports medicine treatments for injury prevention and rehabilitation.
The facility is overseen by Clinical Director Matt Smelas, DPT, OCS, CSCS. He is a graduate of the UMDNJ/Kean Physical Therapy Program and received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine. Having practiced physical therapy since 1996, Smelas spent six years at the Kessler Institute, gaining experience in orthopedic, spinal cord, stroke, amputee, and multi-trauma. He also holds the Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy certification from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists.
“We’re very excited about this new and improved treatment space, which will further elevate our physical therapy treatment and environment,” said Smelas. “I’m eager to continue delivering quality care in Red Bank and support our patients’ individual needs.”
