American Dance Training Camp (ADTC) proudly showcases a "Superwomen" ensemble of elite choreographers—leaders in dance from Broadway tours, Radio City Rockettes, national TV competitions, and more—all committed to the camp’s mission: "Empower girls to move to love."

A Diverse and Prestigious Lineup

From New York City’s Broadway and Rockettes stages to international performance circuits, ADTC’s choreographers bring a wealth of expertise and passion:

Ashley Peter, with a B.A. in Dance (Jazz & Ballet) from Point Park University, dances her mission across the U.S. and Canada as a choreographer, adjudicator, and longtime program director and instructor at ADTC.

Ellen Mihalick, a Radio City Rockette since 2013, whose credits include Broadway National Tours and TV appearances. She brings energy and authenticity to her roles as instructor and camp director.

Eileen Boyle, with over 10 years teaching and choreography experience, is a veteran of ADTC—starting as a camper and now serving as Program Director in key regions.

Delight Moore (Shanik “Delight” Moore), founder of Dancing With Delight LLC, brings contemporary, West African, jazz, and hip-hop expertise—and a fresh global perspective—to camps.
