American Dance Training Camps (ADTC) is welcoming dancers from across the country to its Ultimate Green Mountains Dance Camp in Stratton, Vermont, offering an unforgettable summer experience that combines elite dance instruction, outdoor adventure, personal growth, and lifelong friendships.
Hosted in the scenic Green Mountains of southern Vermont, the week-long overnight camp provides dancers ages 8–17 with an immersive environment where they can refine their technique, build confidence, and create lasting memories. Camp sessions are scheduled throughout June and July 2026.
Designed for dancers of all skill levels, ADTC's Vermont program features four to five dance classes each day, led by accomplished professional choreographers and instructors. Campers train in contemporary, hip hop, jazz, ballet, tap, lyrical, Broadway, and other specialty dance styles while being grouped by age and ability to ensure a supportive and challenging learning experience.
A highlight of the camp is the Friday Showcase Performance, where participants present the choreography they have mastered during the week to celebrate their growth and achievements.
Beyond the dance studio, campers enjoy an exciting lineup of outdoor adventures and recreational activities unique to Vermont. Experiences include stand-up paddle boarding, horseback riding, kayaking, ropes courses, zip lining, escape rooms, pottery painting, beach outings, village excursions, and a visit to the popular Bromley Thrill Zone, creating a balanced program that emphasizes fun, friendship, and personal development alongside technical training.
The camp is hosted at a fully accredited boarding academy near Stratton Mountain Resort, providing comfortable residential accommodations and 24-hour supervision by experienced staff. The secure campus offers an ideal environment where dancers can focus on learning, building confidence, and developing independence.
Our Vermont camp is about much more than dance," said an ADTC spokesperson. "We strive to create an inclusive community where every dancer feels supported, challenged, and inspired. Whether attending for the first time or returning for another summer, campers leave with stronger skills, meaningful friendships, and memories that last a lifetime.
American Dance Training Camps has built a reputation for delivering high-quality summer dance programs led by experienced professionals from across the dance industry. The Vermont location continues this tradition by combining exceptional instruction with a welcoming atmosphere and exciting recreational experiences.
