The Texas Hillsiders will co-headline with the Rifters who hail from southern Colorado New Mexico play a variety of music. Also appearing are The Crooked and The Cracked, Kitty Jo Creek, the ATC Acoustic Band, the High Desert Rangers, Dulcimer virtuoso's David and Annette Lindsey.
