On February 10, 2026, the Illinois Appellate Court for the Second District affirmed the Lake County Circuit Court’s November 22, 2024 dismissal of all criminal charges against Waukegan City Clerk Janet Kilkelly.

Lawsuits were filed today on behalf of three victims of Aspen Dental Clinic who were secretly videotaped by hidden cameras placed in an employee bathroom by a dental hygienist employed at the clinic.
