Amb. Dr. Deepa Chhagan Lalloo is a doctor who focuses her research and work in organisational psychology, executive leadership and business advisory on human capability and organisational effectiveness.

Deepa is the Founder & Managing Director of Altius Global Advisory where she operates at the nexus of people, strategy and business performance. She is convinced that "potential" is not a quality that automatically equates to “achievement.” People need the appropriate knowledge, skills, and the right environments and opportunities in order to make a contribution to society.

Her corporate background also includes senior roles in human capital at AvaCare Health Group Global where she spearheaded organisation design, workforce transformation, Governance and operational integration projects in several countries. At BDO, her work was in the areas of organisational development, leadership programmes, talent management and employee engagement.

In addition Deepa was an assessor for the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, providing executive assessment and developmental feedback. She holds a Masters of Science in Organisational Psychology from London University.

In 2026, her work was rewarded with her being named a Peace Ambassador and Honorary Doctorate recipient at Kennedy University, where she also earned degrees in Organisational Psychology, Strategic Management and Leadership.

Her work career is an illustration of the value of lifelong learning, deliberate leadership and responsible use of knowledge. She is an author for GlobalX Publications, where she writes about professional development and organisational development.
