GlobalX Publications presents the career path of Amb. Dr. Deepa Chhagan Lalloo aka Sunaina who has emerged as an entrepreneur, organisational psychologist and executive leader showing how strategic thinking can be effectively implemented.

Deepa is the Founder and Managing Director of Altius Global Advisory and draws on her expertise in human capability, organisational effectiveness and performance in business. Deepa previously held senior human capital roles at Ava Care Health Group Global and was responsible for the design and consolidation of all operational functions of 18 subsidiaries in 12 African countries, the UAE, India and Kazakhstan.

Her background includes organisational design, transforming the workforce, shared services and cross-functional integration. At BDO she led talent management, leadership development, succession planning and engagement.

Her venture is another facet of her career path. Her ability to learn by doing and learn through all the constraints in the hospitality industry inspired her to establish her venture 'Bakeology Studio' in 2019, which has gone live since 2020, for the purpose of providing hands-on experience and a need for skill-sharing in the Food & Beverage and Hospitality sector. It further multiplied across many concepts and had up to 4 retail stores.

Deepa was awarded the Peace Ambassador accolade and an Honorary Doctorate in 2026 by Kennedy University in the fields of: Organisational Psychology, Strategic Management & Leadership.

It gives insight into a career development that is more than a string of titles and focuses on flexibility, ongoing development and implementation of ideas.
