With her experience as the Founder and Managing Director of Altius Global Advisory, Dr. Deepa Chhagan Lalloo is a testament to the power of strategic leadership and human capability in driving organisational success.

Deepa has spent her career in executive human resources, organisational design, workforce transformation, business advisory and operational integration. During her tenure as Executive Director of Human Resources and Human Capital at AvaCare Health Group Global she led the development and centralisation of human capital operations within 18 subsidiaries in 12 African countries, UAE, India and Kazakhstan.

Her duties involved governance, development of shared services, workforce planning, finance integration, IT implementation and M&A integration. This experience built up her knowledge of the link between people, organizational structures and business goals.

She was involved in BDO's talent management, leadership development, succession planning, performance management and organisation development. From September 2018 to August 2025 she also has been an assessor at the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme, Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

As part of Altius Global Advisory, Deepa continues to work with organisations to fill capability gaps, improve leadership effectiveness and to be ready to face the evolving business requirements. Her style brings the strategy and action together with the sustainable results.

She was awarded the recognition of Peace Ambassador in 2026 and a Honorary Doctorate from Kennedy University of the aforementioned areas of Organisational Psychology, Strategic Management and Leadership.
