She has also been an assessor for the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford (September 2018 – August 2025). Her work in the field of corporate leadership and entrepreneurship showcases the importance of learning through schooling, and through practice.

Deepa is Founder and Managing Director of Altius Global Advisory, where she draws on her varied experience to explore organisational capability and organisational performance.
