While at BDO, she was involved in organisational development, talent management, leadership development and employee engagement. Through this she gained a more comprehensive insight into how strategic decisions are translated to employees and impact on the business.

Deepa is the Founder and Managing Director of Altius Global Advisory. She assists organisations to evaluate their current state, understand future needs and find practical solutions for effective organisations.

She was also an assessor for the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford from September 2018 to August 2025.

In 2026, Kennedy University acknowledged her as a Peace Ambassador and Honorary Doctorate, specializing in Organisational Psychology, Strategic Management, and Leadership.
