Amb. Dr. Witney Emmanuel Laizer will expand her work in finance and business to a global academic and research agenda with GlobalX Publications.

Combining her education with on-the-job training Laizer has gained in-depth hands-on experience in financial administration, accounting, invoicing, receivables and reporting. She has held the position of Senior Billing & Collection Administrator at Macrogen Europe BV since 2020 with duties covering billing administration, account monitoring, payment follow-up, receivables and reporting.

Prior to her current role she held the position of finance administrator at Greenlane, accountant and corporate administrator at Alter Domus and finance administrator at Delta Electronics (Netherlands). From these positions she gained experience with reconciliations, reporting, financial documentation and organisational systems.

Her focus has thus broadened to include other fields of study beyond pure finance. She earned a BA in Business Administration in Economics and Finance Management at Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences, an MBA at University of the People, and a Ph.D. In Business, Management, Public Health and Sustainability at Selinus University.

She researches sustainability in healthcare services in Germany as part of her PhD thesis. She studies resource use, innovation, digitalisation and waste management, as well as stakeholder collaboration, from management and sustainability perspectives.

Laizer has also studied Data Analytics courses at Ironhack, bringing strong analytical skills to her business and financial expertise.
