The organisation needs to take into consideration resources, technology, processes and collaboration, in addition to their business goals, in order to develop sustainably. This is the subject of Amb. Dr. Witney Emmanuel Laizer's doctoral study in relation to Healthcare services in Germany.

She is researching how sustainability in healthcare is pursued and within what circumstances, addressing topics of resource use, innovation, digitalisation, waste management and stakeholder engagement. Her research incorporates a business and management approach to questions on sustainable healthcare.

Her professional experience has covered a wide range of organisational functions. Her work experience has included positions in sales and marketing, accounting, finance administration, billing, collections and reporting. She has been a Senior Billing & Collection Administrator at Macrogen Europe BV since 2020.

Drawing on experience As part of her previous role in Delta Electronics, Netherlands, Alter Domus and Greenlane, she worked for their accountings, recapitulation, reporting, administration and documentation.

Laizer's Academics Earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with Specialization in Economics and Finance Management from Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences, an MBA from University of the People and a Doctorate in Business, Management, Public Health and Sustainability from Selinus University.
