International education provides an opportunity for interacting with various academic settings, professional practices, and specializations.

Amb. Dr. Witney Emmanuel Laizer's accumulated experiences, has been a synergy of both: education and professional experiences gained in Tanzania and the Netherlands.

Laizer holds her BBA degree in the field of Economics and Finance Management from Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences, The Netherlands. She pursued her higher studies to MBA in the University of the People and Doctoral research in the field of Business, Management, Public Health and Sustainability from Selinus University.

Her education was supplemented with hands-on professional work experience. She has worked at Wittenborg University in the field of sales and marketing, providing work experience in student communication, sales coordination, events and reporting.

Subsequently she held finance roles with Delta Electronics, Alter Domus and Greenlane where she was responsible for finance functions including administration, accounting, reconciliations, invoicing and reporting.

Since 2020, she is working at Macrogen Europe BV (Neder- lands) as a Senior Billing & Collection Administrator. In her daily tasks she is mainly involved in billing, account monitoring, following-up of payments, collections and financial administration.

Her research has focused on sustainable healthcare services in Germany. Her PhD work is on sustainable healthcare management, resource use, innovation, digitalisation, waste management and stakeholder cooperation.

Laizer had also gone on to join a Data Analytics Programme at Ironhack in 2026.

So with the help of the GlobalX Publications she will now share this experience of study and work around the world with a wider audience. She combines education, work, and research in a new and cross environmental field.
