Her career experience is reflected in her education experience that includes extensive international practice and education in Tanzania and the Netherlands where she has grown into multiple roles in sales, marketing, accounting, finance administration, billing, collections, financial reporting, business analysis and data management at different levels over the years.

Currently, she is a Senior Billing & Collection Administrator at Macrogen Europe BV managing revenue cycles, payments follow-up and reporting, revenue monitoring and administration. Previously, she has held a number of positions in Greenlane, Alter Domus, Delta Electronics and Wittenborg University sharpening her finance, accounting, administration and international business understanding in various organizations. Her professional journeys are reflected in her academic excellence with a Doctorate in Business, Management, Public Health & Sustainability from Selinus University, an MBA from the University of the People and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Economics & Finance Management from Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands where she also has training in Data Analytics through Ironhack and a Peace Ambassadorship award from Kennedy University of 2026.

Her dissertation research topic has centered around sustainability in healthcare services in Germany with attention to sustainable healthcare services, resource utilisation, innovation, digitalization, waste management and collaboration with healthcare stakeholders. Witney contributes to the sustainability, healthcare management, business, public health, and accountable organizations global discussion and beyond through her writing with GlobalX Publications.
