"Currently, I work as a Senior Billing & Collection Administrator with Macrogen Europe BV. Managing responsibilities such as billing administration, checking accounts, follow-up on payments, and financial reporting; my previous experience in the Netherlands further increased my knowledge of accounting, administration and commercial operations," she says.

She has a special interest in research and academic development through doctorate studies and has higher education degrees in economics, business management and finance.

Her study focus has extended to public health and sustainability research.

"My study of healthcare services' sustainability in Germany incorporates topics of sustainable healthcare management, resource use, innovation, digitalisation, waste management and stakeholder collaboration. Data analysis courses have helped shape me into a data-driven organisation decision-maker. My professional experiences in combination with my development, and my research interests is what I can bring to publishing with GlobalX Publications," she adds.
