In her current role with Macrogen Europe BV as a Senior Billing & Collection Administrator, she is responsible for billing coordination, account monitoring, payment follow-up, financial administration, collections, and reporting.

Previous roles at Greenlane, Alter Domus, Delta Electronics and Wittenborg University provided her with hands-on experience in accounting, finance administration and corporate procedures, reporting, marketing, customer relations and sustainability-related tasks.

Like Witney's professional background, her educational growth has been just as diverse. She earned a Business, Management, Public Health & Sustainability doctoral degree from Selinus University, along with an MBA from the University of the People. Additionally, she completed her Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics & Finance Management from Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands.

Her PhD research investigates sustainable healthcare services in Germany. The project looks into how healthcare organisations can overcome the sustainability challenges such as resource use, innovation, digitalisation, waste management and stakeholder engagement.

Her training in data analytics would be an additional component to her professional and academic profile; this may also be beneficial in the use of analytic-based methods to address organisational issues.
