A clear plan can help take some of the hassle out of studying, especially when working or caring.

Defining the learning goals can be the first step. Students should be able to pinpoint the goals that they want to achieve, set milestones and constantly review what they are accomplishing. Breaking down goals into small parts will enable students to stay on track.
