She holds a PhD in Business, Management, Public Health & Sustainability from Selinus University, an MBA from the University of the People, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Economics & Finance Management) degree from Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences and Data Analytics studies from Ironhack.

Her doctoral research has focused on sustainability in healthcare services in Germany, which includes health care sustainable management, efficient use of resources, innovation, digitalization, waste management, and inter-sectoral collaboration.
