Witney has been a professional in Tanzania and the Netherlands with experience in sales, marketing, accounts, finance administration, billing, collection, financial reporting and business operation. She is currently working as a Senior Billing & Collection Administration Officer at Macrogen Europe BV since 2020.

Her tasks include financial administration, billing coordination, account management, follow-up on payments, collection and reporting. Prior to that, she has held the positions of Finance Administrator at Greenlane, Accounts Trainee at Alter Domus, Finance Administration Intern at Delta Electronics and Sales & Marketing Assistant at Wittenborg University.

In her roles, she has been exposed to financial operations, accounting, administration, reporting, customer care, sales and marketing.

Dr. Laizer has earned a Doctor of Business, Management, Public Health & Sustainability (DBMH) degree from Selinus University, MBA from the University of the People and Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Economics & Finance Management degree from Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences.

She has further attended Data Analytics course at Ironhack. Her Doctoral study investigates sustainability of healthcare services in Germany. Her research and interests are in: Sustainable healthcare service management, resource use, innovation, digitalisation, waste management, stakeholder engagement & healthcare collaboration.
