She has a PhD in Business, Management, Public health & Sustainability from Selinus University, MBA from the University of the People and Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics & Finance Management from Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences. She also has gained expertise in data analytics.

The focus of her doctoral studies is on the sustainability of healthcare services in Germany, including sustainable healthcare management, resource use, innovation, digitalisation, waste management and stakeholder cooperation.

Witney is contributing to the dissemination of academic and professional knowledge in the business, healthcare, sustainability and public management fields as an author for GlobalX Publications.
