Amb. She has developed a mixture of professional experience of working in two countries, Tanzania and the Netherlands, covering her roles in various organizations and gaining practical knowledge and skills in sales and marketing, accounts, financial administration, billing, collections, report writing and working with the business.

Currently, she is working as a Senior Billing & Collection Administrator at Macrogen Europe BV, where she deals with the financial administration, billing processing, accounts supervision, follow-up payments, collections and reporting.

She previously had experience at Greenlane, Alter Domus, Delta Electronics, and Wittenborg University, through which she acquired professional exposure on accounting, organisational operation, sales and marketing, finance, and administration.

Witney has completed her PhD in Business, Management, Public Health & Sustainability from Selinus University after completing MBA in the University of the People, and Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics & Finance Management from Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences.

She has also undergone Data Analytics course through Ironhack.

Her PhD research concerns sustainable developments in German healthcare services. Specifically, the research touches sustainability in healthcare, service management, resource use efficiency, innovation, digitalization, waste management, and collaboration between healthcare service providers.
