Amb. Dr. Witney Emmanuel Laizer is leveraging her research work through GlobalX Publications from the experience of finance, business management, public health and data analytics.

She has a diverse career experience from her international academic and workplace experiences in Tanzania and the Netherlands.

Currently, she holds the position of Senior Billing & Collection Administrator at Macrogen Europe BV, where she has gained experience in financial administration and revenue operations with responsibility areas of billing, account monitoring, payment follow-up, collections and financial reporting.

Previously, she has also worked at Greenlane, Alter Domus, Delta Electronics and Wittenborg University to gain practical knowledge of finance administration, accounting, corporate procedures, reporting, sales, marketing and organization operations. She holds a PhD Degree in Business, Management, Public Health & Sustainability from Selinus University; a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of the People; a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Economics & Finance Management from Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences; and has extra skills in Data Analytics from Ironhack. Through her research interests and professional work in the public health delivery systems, she is now sharing and bringing her research work and experience into global view with GlobalX Publications.
