In early 2026, I.C.T engineers concluded comprehensive on-site technical support at an electronics manufacturing facility in Uzbekistan. The project involved complete SMT and DIP production lines for computer motherboard assembly serving local and regional demand.
The SMT configuration featured I.C.T-5151 solder paste printer, multiple SM471-Plus component placement machines, I.C.T-Lyra reflow oven, SPI and AOI inspection systems, and PCB handling equipment. The DIP line incorporated manual insertion stations, a JUKI JM-100 odd-form insertion machine for irregular through-hole components, I.C.T-Acrab350 wave soldering, and integrated conveyors.
Support activities included equipment positioning, mechanical and utility connections, safety verification, process parameter optimization using customer PCBs, issue resolution during trial runs, and detailed operator/engineer training on daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and control procedures.
Following completion, both lines achieved stable performance meeting production targets. The customer’s personnel demonstrated full capability to operate and maintain the systems without ongoing external assistance.
The implementation reflects standard practice for overseas deliveries where rapid commissioning and knowledge transfer reduce risk and support long-term reliability in through-hole and mixed assembly environments.
