90-day independent trial: FUJI AIMEX IIIC vs Yamaha YSM40R-4 on 5G PCBs. I.C.T hybrid yields 140,000 CPH avg, 98.7% uptime, 0.4% defects—real metrics from production floor.

 
SHENZHEN, China — I.C.T, provider of complete SMT turnkey solutions, released a 90-day comparative analysis of FUJI and Yamaha SMT lines from a Tier-1 5G manufacturer.
Identical boards with 0.4mm QFN ran on FUJI AIMEX IIIC (80,000 CPH dual-robot) and Yamaha YSM40R-4 (200,000 CPH 4-beam). Results:

Throughput: Yamaha 178,000 CPH avg; FUJI 76,000. I.C.T hybrid (Yamaha speed + FUJI odd-form) 140,000 sustained.
