Hyderabad-based startup Cynchrony has announced the launch of its AI-powered interview and assessment practice platform designed for students, freshers, working professionals, colleges, universities, and training institutions across India.

Built specifically for the Indian placement and campus hiring ecosystem, Cynchrony enables users to practice role-specific mock interviews and placement-focused assessments through real-time simulations and AI-driven feedback. The platform covers HR rounds, technical rounds, domain interviews, aptitude tests, reasoning, verbal assessments, and coding evaluations.

Unlike static question banks or recorded practice sessions, Cynchrony simulates real interview environments where users respond to dynamic interview questions and receive structured feedback on communication, content quality, confidence, and overall performance.

The platform also includes institution-focused management and trainer dashboards that allow colleges, universities, coaching centres, and NSDC-affiliated training providers to run bulk mock interviews and assessments at scale. Placement teams and trainers can track student readiness, identify skill gaps at batch level, and standardise evaluation processes ahead of placement season.

Cynchrony is currently deployed across institutions including DRIEMS University, CV Raman Global University, and NSDC Training Centres.

The company positions itself as an interview and assessment SaaS platform rather than a job portal or recruitment marketplace. Its primary audience includes final-year students, fresh graduates, working professionals with 0–7 years of experience, and institutional placement teams.

Cynchrony is operated by Mirai Gen Private Limited and is headquartered in Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana. The startup is recognised by DPIIT under the Startup India initiative.
