Arizona Parents Demand Immediate Accountability in Kristyn Alcott Family Court Scandal

Arizona parents are DONE being ignored. Kristyn Alcott posed as a licensed expert, influenced custody rulings, and signed court documents under false credentials. The state knew—and did nothing. Now families are demanding justice.

Phoenix, AZ — A growing coalition of Arizona parents is demanding urgent action from state leadership following revelations that Kristyn Alcott, founder of Family First Forensic Consultants LLC, has operated for years in the state’s family court system without a professional license—while influencing custody decisions, signing legal documents under false credentials, and profiting from vulnerable families.

Alcott has been court-appointed in dozens of custody cases, presenting herself as a licensed social worker and therapeutic consultant. However, public records and firsthand testimony reveal she does not hold the credentials she claims. Her conduct, which includes signing affidavits and court documents under false titles, constitutes fraud, perjury, and unauthorized practice.

The Arizona Senate’s Joint Ad Hoc Committee on Family Court Orders has heard emotional testimony from parents whose children were placed in unsafe environments based on Alcott’s recommendations. A video circulating online appears to show Alcott assaulting her own son—whom she later sent away. Her own children have reportedly required court intervention and refused to live with her.

Despite these revelations, Arizona courts continue to appoint Alcott. Governor Katie Hobbs and Attorney General Kris Mayes have been made aware of the allegations, yet no disciplinary action has been taken. Legal experts warn that the state’s failure to intervene opens Arizona to significant liability.

Parents are calling for:

Immediate removal of Kristyn Alcott from all court-appointed roles

Criminal investigation into her conduct and false credentials

Full review of every case she has influenced

Accountability for judges and officials who enabled her

Legislative reform to prevent unlicensed actors from operating in family courts

“Arizona’s silence is no longer defensible,” said one parent. “Every day this continues, the state is complicit in violating our rights and endangering our children.”

Arizona families are mobilizing. Advocacy groups are preparing legal action. And the demand is clear: remove the fraud, restore justice, and protect the constitutional rights of parents and children across the state.
