HENRIETTA, NY - Ark Veterinary Hospital & Urgent Care has appointed Tiffany A. Kwiatkowski, DVM, as its new Veterinary Medical Director, bringing more than 15 years of clinical experience to the hospital's growing medical team. A Western New York native, Dr. Kwiatkowski joins Ark with a distinguished background spanning general practice, surgery, emergency medicine, and critical care, positioning the hospital for a new chapter of medical advancement and compassionate service.
Dr. Kwiatkowski earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and completed her clinical training at North Carolina State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Her clinical expertise includes preventive medicine, emergency and critical care, with a particular interest in internal medicine. In her role as Medical Director, she will focus on fostering a culture of collaboration, implementing evidence-based best practices, and driving continuous improvement in both patient outcomes and client experience.
Her path into veterinary medicine was shaped early through involvement in wildlife rehabilitation, an experience that gave her a lasting appreciation for the role skilled medical care plays in the lives of animals and the people who love them. That foundation now informs her leadership approach: one centered on trust, clear communication, and the strength of the human-animal bond. She is committed to guiding both patients and their families through complex medical challenges with clarity and compassion.
As Medical Director, Dr. Kwiatkowski will oversee clinical operations, elevate medical standards across the team, and champion a practice environment built on excellence and accountability, ensuring every patient receives thoughtful, compassionate, and high-quality veterinary care.
