Aseptic Enclosures Adds New Premier Contract for Mobile and Modular Pharmacy Cleanrooms

Posted June 21, 2026 by AsepticEnclosures

New capital equipment agreement builds on a decade-long Premier relationship, giving member hospitals a clear path from cleanroom planning through mobile and modular buildout.

Aseptic Enclosures, a division of Life Scientific, Inc., today announced a new Premier Healthcare Alliance contract covering Mobile and Modular Pharmacy Cleanrooms — expanding its existing relationship with Premier into larger-scale cleanroom equipment and buildout projects.

The new agreement builds on a relationship that began more than a decade ago. Aseptic Enclosures' first Premier contract, for pharmacy cleanroom planning and design, dates to 2015, and the company has continued supporting Premier members with planning, consulting, and design services ever since. The new contract creates an additional pathway for Premier members to engage Aseptic Enclosures on larger cleanroom-related projects, including mobile compounding centers, modular pharmacy cleanrooms, equipment, installation support, training, and monitoring.

"Pharmacy cleanroom projects aren't ordinary construction projects," the company said. "They require careful attention to workflow, containment, air quality, pressure relationships, cleaning practices, monitoring, certification, and long-term operation. This new contract gives Premier members a clearer path to the right solution, whether that's early planning support or a full mobile or modular cleanroom project."

Mobile Compounding Centers: A Practical Answer to Capacity Constraints

A central focus of the new contract is support for mobile compounding centers — a solution increasingly relevant to hospitals and health systems facing space limitations, renovation schedules, construction disruption, or compliance timelines.

Mobile compounding centers may be considered for:

Pharmacy cleanroom renovation projects
Temporary sterile compounding capacity
USP and USP compliance planning
Separation of hazardous and non-hazardous compounding operations
Disaster recovery or contingency planning
Expansion of sterile compounding services
Facility transition or relocation projects

Unlike a simple temporary workspace, a properly designed mobile compounding center must account for sterile compounding workflow, pressure relationships, HEPA-filtered air, environmental monitoring, cleaning requirements, equipment integration, and operational readiness. Aseptic Enclosures brings practical experience designing and building sterile compounding environments, including mobile and modular cleanroom systems tailored to pharmacy operations.

Two Contracts, One Continuum of Support

Aseptic Enclosures now holds two active Premier agreements:

Pharmacy Cleanroom Planning and Design — effective October 1, 2024, expiring September 30, 2027
Mobile and Modular Pharmacy Cleanrooms (capital equipment) — effective March 1, 2026, expiring February 29, 2032

Together, the two contracts allow Premier members to engage Aseptic Enclosures for both early-stage cleanroom planning and larger mobile or modular cleanroom projects, supporting facilities from initial evaluation through implementation.

Full-Spectrum Cleanroom Capabilities

Aseptic Enclosures' capabilities under the Premier contracts include:

Mobile compounding centers
Modular pharmacy cleanrooms
Pharmacy cleanroom planning and design
USP and USP consulting
Cleanroom layout and workflow planning
Ante room and buffer room planning
Hazardous and non-hazardous compounding space planning
HEPA filtration and FFU-based cleanroom systems
Cleanroom monitoring systems
Cleanroom equipment and components
Installation support
Operational training
Certification coordination
SOP and designated-person support

Why It Matters for Premier Members

Many hospital pharmacies are contending with aging IV rooms, evolving USP / expectations, limited internal space, difficult construction schedules, and the need to keep compounding operations running during renovation. Aseptic Enclosures can help Premier members evaluate practical options — whether a mobile compounding center, a modular cleanroom, or a traditional cleanroom upgrade is the best fit — and define a project path before costly decisions are made.
