A flange is a connection tool. A flange connection refers to a removable connection using a flange, gasket, and bolts as a combined sealing structure. Flanges are categorized as threaded (threaded) flanges, welded flanges, and clamping flanges. Flanges are widely used in the construction industry, urban water supply, power plants, and water conservancy due to their excellent sealing performance, stable structure, high strength, ease of use, and low cost. Existing non-standard stainless steel flanges suffer from poor installation, sealing, and operational performance when welded in groups.

To address the shortcomings of existing technologies, researchers have provided a new non-standard stainless steel flange that addresses the problems of poor installation, sealing, and operational performance when welded in groups with existing non-standard plate flanges. To achieve this objective, the invention employs the following technical solution: a non-standard stainless steel flange comprising a flange body and a flange post. The flange post has mounting grooves 1 and 2, respectively, on the side facing away from the flange body. The flange body has an inner cutting edge on the side facing the flange post, within which is an embedded groove containing a polytetrafluoroethylene sealing gasket. Opposing through-holes are provided on either side of the flange body.

The conveying mechanism includes a stopper plate fixedly connected to the left inner wall of the box, positioned between two horizontal plates. A slot with a through hole is provided at the upper end of the stopper plate, within which a movable plate is slidably connected. A fixed block is fixedly connected to the lower end of the movable plate, which slides within the through hole. The upper end of the movable plate is fixedly connected to three fixed blocks.

The drive mechanism includes a power motor fixedly connected to the front and rear side walls of the box. A rotating rod is fixedly connected to the end of the power motor's output shaft. The end of the first rotating rod, distal to the power motor, is rotatably connected to the second rotating rod, while the other end of the second rotating rod, distal to the first rotating rod, is rotatably connected to the side wall of a fixed block. A hydraulic mechanism includes a hydraulic cylinder fixedly connected to the top of the box. The output end of the hydraulic cylinder is fixedly connected to a telescopic rod, the telescopic end of which is fixedly connected to a docking plate with a groove at its lower end.

The second hydraulic mechanism includes two symmetrically arranged telescopic rods fixedly connected to the upper end of the fixed plate. The upper ends of the two telescopic rods are fixedly connected to the support plate. A stopper extending through the support plate is also fixedly connected to the upper end of the fixed plate. The side walls of both horizontal plates are equipped with strip plates. Four docking grooves are evenly distributed around the circumference of the flange body on the side facing away from the flange column. The outer diameter of the flange column is slightly smaller than the inner diameter. The width of the second mounting groove is greater than that of the first mounting groove. The flange body has four evenly distributed circular mounting holes. This utility model provides a non-standard stainless steel flange.

This non-standard stainless steel flange has the following advantages: through optimized design and construction, a polytetrafluoroethylene gasket is installed inside the inner cutting edge of the flange body via a slotted seal, improving the sealing performance of the device. Furthermore, the mounting grooves of the device can accommodate different types of gaskets, facilitating installation and making the flange more convenient to use.
