Vipin Khuttel at the Nation First event launched the Economic Swamsewak Sangh (ESS), a nationwide youth movement for economic empowerment, AI-driven skilling, and entrepreneurship to make India the world’s largest economy.

Greater Noida, August 24, 2025 — The auditorium of GL Bajaj Institute in Greater Noida witnessed a historic gathering as more than 200+ young influencers, educators, and social leaders convened under the banner of Inspiring Bharat for a national meet themed “Nation First – Contribution of Creators & Influencers.”
What began as a spirited seminar soon transformed into a movement-defining dialogue when Vipin Khuttel, India’s Leading Digital Marketing Tycoon and Visionary Educator, announced the formation of the Economic Swamsewak Sangh (ESS) — a nationwide force of youth volunteers dedicated to reshaping India’s economic destiny.
The event was anchored by Dr. Shilpi Porwal and Anikesh Mani Tripathi, with senior journalist Shyam Kishore Sahay of Lok Sabha TV moderating the session. Several dignitaries and social leaders graced the occasion, including Kanhaiya Lal of Neh Need Sanstha, Rakesh Agarwal of Dadhichi Dehdaan Samiti, Padam Prakash from the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), Ravindra Gupta of Harit Kranti Sansthan, and Dheeraj Tripathi from Inspiring Bharat.

Vipin Khuttel’s Call: From Cyber Vigilance to Economic Nation-Building
Already celebrated for his nationwide cyber awareness campaigns, his AI-driven digital literacy initiatives, and his role as a mentor to 30,000+ youth, Vipin Khuttel used the platform to pivot the conversation.
From cyber threats that compromise India’s narrative sovereignty, he shifted attention to economic challenges that threaten India’s livelihood sovereignty.
He declared:
“We proudly call India the fourth-largest economy in the world (2025), but can we ignore that crores of families still survive below the poverty line, dependent on free ration schemes?
Free ration may be necessary relief, but when it becomes the identity of a nation, it is a social and economic failure. Just as the RSS gave Bharat a nationalist force, today we need an economic force — and that is the vision behind the Economic Swamsewak Sangh (ESS).”

What is ESS? A Movement for Economic Swaraj
The Economic Swamsewak Sangh (ESS) is envisioned as a volunteer-driven national economic mission to transform India into not just the world’s largest economy by GDP, but also a nation of per capita prosperity and self-reliance.
The initiative will focus on:
Skill Development & Employability – equipping youth with future-ready, job-oriented skills in digital marketing, AI, finance, and emerging technologies.

Entrepreneurship & Start-up Ecosystem – fostering job creators rather than job seekers, with mentoring and incubation at grassroots levels.

Digital Inclusion – ensuring free skill access through AI-driven learning hubs and nationwide digital marketing awareness campaigns.

Economic Equality – breaking barriers of caste, geography, finance, gender, and age, making growth universal.

Community Empowerment – mobilizing college students and grassroots volunteers to spread awareness and drive active participation.

Khuttel explained:
“Our goal is not just GDP growth but per capita growth. ESS will nurture earners, not dependents. When every Indian becomes an economic contributor, Bharat’s rise to the number one global economy is not just a dream — it becomes an inevitable reality.”

AI, Digital Media, and the ESS Engine
Highlighting his own expertise, Vipin Khuttel revealed how Artificial Intelligence, Digital Marketing, and Social Media Outreach will form the backbone of ESS.
AI-powered learning systems can personalize education for every student, from rural India to metro cities.

Digital marketing campaigns can amplify skilling opportunities and make skill-learning aspirational.

Social media influencers can mobilize communities faster than traditional institutions.

Mobile-first AI hubs can bypass physical barriers and deliver knowledge to villages and slums at zero cost.

“When AI and digital tools can sell products globally, why can’t they deliver skills, jobs, and entrepreneurship models to the remotest villages of India?” Khuttel asked, drawing thunderous applause from the audience.

Heritage, Vision, and Responsibility
The announcement drew emotional resonance as Vipin Khuttel linked ESS with his ancestral heritage.
Belonging to the Pandav/Kaunteya Vansh of Kuntal — historically Chandravanshi Kshatriyas and protectors of 280+ self-governed villages — Khuttel emphasized that economic empowerment is the modern-day continuation of nation-building.
He concluded:
“The freedom struggle was about political sovereignty.
The cyber struggle is about narrative sovereignty.
And now, the economic struggle is about livelihood sovereignty.
If India must lead the world, we must build not just a strong military or a digital ecosystem, but a self-reliant, skilled, and prosperous society.
This is not charity. This is not politics. This is Rashtradharma (national duty). ESS is that duty in action.”

Positioning: A Nation-Builder for the 21st Century
With this bold declaration, Vipin Khuttel was positioned not merely as a digital strategist, but as a Global Visionary, an Economic Nation-Builder, and a Flagbearer of AI-Driven Growth.
His transition from Cyber Swachhta campaigns to the Economic Swamsewak Sangh (ESS) underscores a holistic vision — to protect the nation from brain hacking, poverty, and dependency alike.
The event ended with roaring chants of “Nation First”, echoing a renewed sense of responsibility among India’s youth — a generation now inspired not only to defend their minds online but also to build their nation’s economy brick by brick, byte by byte.
