Global business services provider Bill Gosling Outsourcing (BGO) has confirmed a significant expansion of its Glasgow operations after securing a large, fully fitted office floor at 310 St Vincent Street.
The company has taken occupation of the entire fourth floor, measuring 9,417 sq ft, in a transaction widely regarded as one of the largest ready-to-occupy office lettings completed in Glasgow. The agreement was concluded by MC2 and Savills on behalf of property investor and asset manager Eagle Street.
The move brings BGO into a high-quality, contemporary workspace designed to meet the needs of a growing, technology-driven organisation. By choosing a fully fitted solution, the company was able to relocate immediately, ensuring business continuity while upgrading its working environment.
The St Vincent Street building has undergone targeted improvements, including a newly enhanced entrance and a high-spec internal fit-out delivered in collaboration with leading architects G53. These enhancements proved instrumental in attracting an occupier of BGO’s scale in a competitive city-centre office market.
