LISBON, Portugal - BlazePhoenix, an on-chain DEX aggregator currently in development, has described how its swap flow limits what can go wrong between the moment a user signs and the moment the trade settles.
In many aggregators the route is chosen off-chain and passed to the contract as data. If market conditions move in between, the user relies on the slippage setting alone. BlazePhoenix computes the route inside the transaction that executes the swap. The contract then checks the result against the minimum amount the user signed for and reverts if the user would receive less. Surplus created during execution is returned to the user.
The team documents this behaviour in a whitepaper archived under DOI 10.5281/zenodo.23084091, so that the design can be cited and reviewed as a fixed version.
BlazePhoenix is being built for Base, Ethereum, Optimism, Arbitrum and Robinhood Chain. Quotes are read on-chain from a Quoter contract. No API key or sign-up is needed: developers can use the @blazephoenix/sdk package, call the MCP server at https://blazephoenix.xyz/mcp, or send an eth_call to their own RPC.
The project is pre-launch. The BZPX token has not been launched and its supply is fixed at 1,000,000,000. The protocol is not yet audited by an external firm; an independent external audit is scheduled.
