BookMyCaravan, India's first caravan and campsite booking platform, has
opened registration for two groups of partners: owners of caravans and
motorhomes, and owners of land that can host caravans overnight. Both are
being invited to earn from the fastest growing style of holiday in the country.
The appeal is simple. On a caravan holiday the hotel travels with you. Families
wake up somewhere new every morning with their own bed, their own kitchen,
their own bathroom and a different view outside the window each day. There is
no packing and unpacking, no hunting for rooms, and no compromise on
comfort with children or elders on board. Indian travellers are choosing it for
the Rann, the Statue of Unity, the Konkan coast, the Sahyadris and the
Himalayan routes, and demand has grown through every season since the
platform launched.

For caravan and motorhome owners, registration is open to caravans,
motorhomes, Urbania, Traveller and lounger vehicles. BookMyCaravan
photographs and lists the vehicle, brings travellers who are already searching
for these journeys, handles every enquiry and booking, supports the guest
through the trip, and pays the owner on fixed terms. Registration is free and the
owner keeps full control of the vehicle and its calendar.

Every vehicle is checked before it goes live. The platform looks at how well the
vehicle is kept, valid papers, permits and insurance, and the training of the
driver, because well kept vehicles and good drivers are what bring guests back
and keep bookings coming through the year. All trips are driver operated.
For landowners, a beautiful piece of land can now earn on its own. The platform
is signing up sites with a mountain, lake, river, forest, desert, valley, village or
farm view. What is needed is level ground that stays usable in the rain, a safe
boundary with someone present at night, clean water, a proper way to dispose
of waste, and a road wide enough for a large vehicle. An electricity point is
preferred where it is available, and the caravans also carry their own
generators as a backup. The owner provides the land and the safety.

The platform has not advertised a fixed percentage of extra income to partners.
Earnings depend on the route, the season, the vehicle or the site and how it is
priced. BookMyCaravan shares real booking numbers with partners once they
join rather than a figure it cannot stand behind.

The first partners are being signed in Gujarat, Rajasthan, Maharashtra and
Himachal Pradesh, with more states opening as sites are secured along each
route. Registration is free for this first group.
