Posted March 18, 2026 by byteblink

WellAlly-Health is a privacy-focused personal health system using Claude AI. It offers medical report recognition, drug interaction detection, and multi-disciplinary consultation without cloud database dependency.

WellAlly Tech has announced the release of WellAlly-Health, an innovative open-source personal health information system. Unlike traditional health apps, WellAlly-Health prioritizes data privacy by utilizing a pure file-based storage method on the user's local filesystem.

Key features include intelligent medical report image recognition, structured medical imaging data extraction, and a sophisticated drug interaction detection system with five-level severity warnings. The system also features a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) consultation system involving 13 medical specialist intelligent analyses.

Built for use with Claude Code, WellAlly-Health allows users to manage medications, track radiation exposure, and archive discharge summaries through simple natural language commands. As an independent open-source project, it empowers individuals to take control of their medical data safely and privately.
