Mohali ISBT is located on main NH-21 highway. It is going to reduce the struggle made by the passengers travelling to Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir thus improving their connectivity with the tri-city. This project is being executed by C&C Constructions Limited, a credible name in the field of infrastructure. Earlier, this company has executed number of projects ranging from real estate, power and roads to bridges, airports, water supply, sewerage and sanitation.

Here is good news for Mohali residents. This air-conditioned bus terminal is going to be completed by July 31 and the rest of project including shopping complex and Hyatt place hotel is bound to be over by December 2018. This project will be the updated version of the existing bus stand, which is in very dilapidated condition.

ISBT Mohali will comprise of safety glass covered passenger concourse so that movement of buses can be seen from inside. This project is going to arrange 1900 bus trips daily.

Undoubtedly, it is the dream project of Deputy Chief Minister and now the state government has also decided to name the bus terminal after the Sikh general Baba Banda Singh Bahadur.
