Houston, November 8, 2025 : The morning after Thanksgiving will be USDAC Citizen Artist, Lexie “Lex” Lumiere’s 10 Year Car-Crash Anniversary of surviving as a passenger who collided with a DUI driver that totaled 3 cars including his own in 2015. It is also the 45th Year Anniversary - Move for MADD 2025. On November 8th, Lex marched with “Steps for Justice,” Harris County District Attorney Sean Teare’s team with hundreds of other families who lost loved ones to DWI & DUI and supporters of Mothers Against Drunk Drivers.

After ten years, and six months in physical therapy for Lex's injuries due to Quang Van being on a concoction of Hydralazine, Hydrochlorothiazide which require "caution when driving due to dizziness," as well as Amlodipine & Benazepril, that state to "avoid driving" while on these medications. Even after he received a citation before the accident, he did not admit to the error of his ways & driving on these medications until the deposition. Lex is dealing with Fort Bend County 268th District Court holding her remaining settlement funds from the crash in the court registry. Recently, she participated in a mock trial and discovered that the Economist specializing in collision time values; the future medical coverage of court cases for plaintiff injuries is based on a 20 year US Bond interest rate that are held by Fidelity. Fort Bend County court is still holding half of my settlement in their court registry, since May 12, 2022. Partly because Lex could not get an attorney with integrity to get her check out of the court coiffeurs. Even after filing 5 Motions to Remove funds.

She had requested a virtual hearing due to safety concerns which was denied. Her mom's boyfriend was shot at in his Range Rover during the time Judge Williams (the 3rd Judge) forced the settlement of the case 17-DCV-246364, under duress.

During the pandemic, State Farm requested Depositions by Written Questions. However, at the hearing, State Farm Atty Beth Taylor changed to insisting on oral depositions. Requiring Lex to suddenly pay $7k out of pocket to get her Doctor to testify. Atty Taylor lied to the court and said "they had not received any written depositions from the Plaintiff." Lex provided proof her Doctor had never received any written depositions to answer from State Farm in the mail, but the Judge did not care. During the hearing, Judge Williams threatened Lex, "if she did not pay the fee, Lexie would be held in contempt of court." Her friend Travis, a law graduate from Yale advised her since Atty Donelson, Willumsen's partner had outed former Judge Elliott as a Grand Wizard in the KKK, for her own safety (she was not just dealing with a person but an entire organization) to sign under duress. Judge Elliott had also advised Judge Hawkins that if Jim Adler wanted to quit her case in Nov 2018, to release him but "to not rule on the fees." The day Lex Lumiere signed settlement papers, the police showed up to serve her with papers for not paying the fee. Which were absolved.

When State Farm deposited the Settlement Funds into Fort Bend Court Registry on May 12, 2022 Lex's 2nd Atty Willumsen was paid automatically. Jim Adler's firm whose contracts state "they claim no fees when they quit a case," suddenly wanted their fees despite their breach of contract.

The Fort Bend Court refused to schedule a hearing on Lex's remaining settlement funds for two years. To add insult to injury, during the long waiting period, Lex and her mother were also attacked in the driveway of her home in December the weekend before Christmas. Then someone attempted to target & rob her sister at gunpoint at her job at the YMCA downtown - but got her co-worker instead due to a schedule change.

Lex does not believe the attacks were a coincidence but that her safety as a minority was in jeopardy due to former Judge Elliott & Hawkins being outed on official court record. Racists thrive on their targeted hatred of minorities, and their desperation to cover up a hate crime to steal.

Instead of justice being served, the Fort Bend 268th District Court destroyed all 5 Motions to release Lex Lumiere's settlement funds from the Court Registry last year in the Fall.

Why? There is no justice in dealing with a racist undertow working against a DUI survivor. When your attorney Adler and his extensive legal network collaborate to sabotage a case or claim Atty Sandesara (whom Lexie never spoke to, met, or saw) needs a red hering to cover up Adler's firm forging Lexie's signature on the medical payment documents. Or like Atty Drew Bivona having a prior relationship with Willumson's TBI Doctor. When Lex's own Doctor claimed she did not have a concussion but just a large bump on the head. Or Atty Arguello, not show up for trial. Instead, it's been ten years this November of dealing with targeted financial injustice. The simple fact Adler's firm & State Farm were both prosecuted for RICO crimes. While her monies remain in the court registry.

Lex realized during the mock trial the lawyers & law firms are padding personal injury cases with fake TBI's (traumatic brain injuries) & leveraging paid Doctors & Medical experts to increase the value of the case beyond the insurance limit into the balloon payment. Is there a blacklist of people like; Jews, LGBTQ people, political activists/dissidents or specific minorities in leadership positions (like Lex) that are targeted for auto collisions and disfigurement, if not death as a means of sabotaging them both professionally and financially? Remote vehicles will make this a scarier reality. Although, meeting the angel of death would be much kinder than these long, unjust court cases to be made whole from damages.

Lex said, "she had just completed a year long training in Austin with Battleground Texas a few weeks before my car accident with the DUI driver. Out of a select group of Latino leaders, they selected a hundred to train for Political Office for which I was one of them. It reminds me of how the CoVid vaccines allegedly changed formulas based on zip codes, many of the Doctors and Researchers speak of. Possibly by law firms hiring an underground international criminal network to deliberately cause some wrecks. Majority of the people involved in these crashes, English is not their native language which creates a language barrier lawyers and law firms and the medical establishment take advantage of.

For example, the alleged victim in the case, never had a TBI or a medically diagnosed concussion from the accident (like they also claimed in my case) but the law firm claimed it anyway to drive up the cost of damages. By doing so, claiming the TBI makes the client eligible for disability & it continues to feed the machine/law firm cases. The worker goes from $150k job & is instead either unemployed or forced into a lower economic status and the option of working 4 lower minimum wage jobs with the disability label. Disability wage laws are now being challenged because disabled employers are not required to pay minimum wage but sub wages. Currently, disabled workers are fighting for minimum wage due to the rising costs of living & inflation.

Beyond art, before Lexie's car accident she lived in NYC and worked for PPR as an HR Executive, the largest luxury apparel store in the world with 83k employees. Her office overlooked Macy's on West 34th street, the same store that hosts the Thanksgiving day parade held on television every year. Ironically, ten years later, after my car accident with the DUI driver. Just like the plaintiff in the mock case, I am far from my once high salary position and lifestyle. Orchestrated or allegedly accidental, it is all unjust.

Basically, by forcing people (like minorities) into disability status it is like a National movement of having a legal modernized slave class of workers. Who are locked in at half the minimum wage hourly rate using Data & AI Discrimination to separate people with disabilities from living minimum wages. A modern form of employment segregation based on race, disability, social status, like a digital class system, etc. Relatively unseen under the table because of technology. When disabled people go to apply for jobs the AI automatically places them in low wage categories thanks to all the experts in the Houston Medical Group & affiliates of the TBI (NBII) institutes analyzing & testifying on personal injury cases. Although some cases with serious damages to the vehicle/persons will be legitimate. In this circumstance and fender benders, it was not. This group is not the only one in the pocket of the insurance firms. And Houston is the largest Medical area in the world.”

Law firms like Jim Adler make pre-arranged "price culling settlement agreements like mine under the table." For example, Lex's case was evaluated for damages 4 times: Atty Jim Adler at $58k (the law firm is like a legal puppy mill,) Atty Willumsen at $1 Million, Atty Pink at $3 Million and by Geico, who stated in writing, on company letterhead the case was worth in excess of Quang Van's State Farm balloon payment.

Simply stated, even ten years after surviving a DUI crash, injustice is a well oiled impoverishing machine. In spite of this Lex Lumiere remains one of 7 of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, Art of Soccer artists.
