With more than 25 years of international experience, Dr. Gharbi has held senior roles in organizations such as NEOM, ASTAD, WSP, and SYSTRA. His work spans construction, infrastructure, transportation, and mining, where he has introduced advanced project governance, digital delivery methods, and modern project controls across large-scale initiatives.

A member of RICS, CIOB, CIArb, and PMI, he continues to contribute to advancing global project management practices.
