Korean Wheat Green Tea Somen (400g) is a premium noodle product made from domestically grown Korean wheat and high-grade green tea sourced from the Hwagae region of Jirisan. The green tea used in this product is of Sejak grade, recognized for its delicate flavor and rich nutritional properties.

This functional product was developed through a joint industry–academia–research technology development project in collaboration with the Department of Herbal Food Culinary Nutrition at Daegu Haany University and has been officially registered as a patented product.

Each single serving (100g) contains an amount of green tea equivalent to approximately ten cups of Sejak-grade green tea, offering both distinctive taste and functional benefits. Due to the use of natural ingredients without artificial coloring, the noodles may experience natural discoloration over time; however, this does not affect product quality or safety.
