Kentwood, MI, USA – September 23, 2024 — In a notable advancement for sustainable manufacturing, DH Company, based in Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea, has officially received the Global Recycled Standard (GRS) 4.0 Certification, issued by internationally recognized auditor Intertek Testing Services Korea Ltd, under the accreditation of ANAB and the authority of Textile Exchange.

The certificate (Scope Certificate Number: ITS-GRS-C-0161904), valid through September 22, 2025, confirms DH Company's compliance with strict environmental, social, and chemical requirements throughout its production and supply chain.

Certified Products and Materials
The GRS certification covers a wide range of DH Company’s products, notably including:
Paper Products made with 44% recycled post-consumer paper combined with polypropylene or polyethylene components
Synthetic Leather Fabrics, incorporating 20% recycled post-consumer polyester
These products have been audited and verified to contain certified recycled content, ensuring traceability and responsible production from origin to final product.

Scope and Facilities
The certification encompasses the company’s trading operations at its main facility in Seongnam-daero, Bundang-gu, with scope covering:

The audit confirms the facility’s operations are in full conformity with the GRS 4.0 standard, with applicable traceability to subcontractors as required.
