The Thane company's range uses sealed glass or RF metal tubes, with working areas from 600 by 400 mm to 1600 by 1000 mm and cutting up to 25 mm in non-metals.
Thane, Maharashtra, India, 9 October 2026: CutNStitch, the cutting and stitching machinery division of Stamp'IT Robotai and Solutions Pvt. Ltd., supplies CO2 laser cutting machines for non-metal materials in power ratings from 40 W to 300 W, for manufacturers in leather goods, signage, packaging and furniture.
The machines use either a sealed CO2 glass tube or an RF metal tube at a wavelength of 10.6 micrometres, with water or air cooling depending on the tube. Working areas range from 600 by 400 mm to 1600 by 1000 mm according to model. They cut wood, acrylic, leather, fabric, paper, plastics, rubber and other non-metals up to 25 mm thick depending on the material, at a precision of plus or minus 0.1 mm. A computerised DSP controller works with standard CAD and CAM software.
"People shopping for a laser cutter usually start with the wattage and stop there," said Kaushik Kale, Director and Chief Executive Officer, Stamp'IT Robotai and Solutions Pvt. Ltd. "The question that matters is the material. A sign maker cutting 10 mm acrylic and a bag maker cutting leather need different tubes and different beds. We would rather see a sample of what the customer cuts every day and size the machine to that."
The range includes a Plate CO2 Laser Cutting Bed and a Fixed Workbench CO2 Laser Cutter, whose rigid workbench keeps the head free of vibration for detailed engraving. Both are used for cutting, engraving, marking, prototyping and decorative finishing, and carry protective casing and emergency stops. Laser accessories are supplied separately.
For buyers comparing laser cutting machine manufacturers in India, CutNStitch sits within a group whose engineering history runs back about 50 years, with sister divisions Mark n Stamp for marking and FormNCut for metal cutting and bending.
Manufacturers can request a quote and brochure for the CO2 laser cutting machines from the Thane office.
