The new brand enters apparel automation with a full cutting and stitching range rather than a single machine.

Thane, Maharashtra, India, 4 September 2026: Stamp'IT Robotai and Solutions Pvt. Ltd. has launched CutNStitch, a brand supplying industrial cutting and stitching machines to garment, leather, advertising and composite material manufacturers. The brand joins Mark n Stamp and FormNCut under the same ISO 9001:2015 certified parent.

CutNStitch launches with a complete range. The cutting side covers CO2 laser machines, CNC digital knife cutting plotters in fixed platform and automatic feeding configurations, and small flatbed contour cutters for sampling and short runs. The stitching side spans three series covering pocket setting, waistband, belt loop, bartack, eyelet buttonhole, snap button and hemming operations.

"Indian garment and leather units are not short of machines. They are short of consistency," said Kaushik Kale, Director and Chief Executive Officer, Stamp'IT Robotai and Solutions Pvt. Ltd. "The operations that generate rework are almost always the ones where an operator is judging position by eye. Take that judgement out and the hundredth piece matches the first."

Among the launch products is the electronic button hole machine, which holds cutting sequence, stitch density and thread tension as a single stored programme. Buttonholes and eyelets are among the most inspected operations in formal shirting, workwear, denim and footwear uppers, where a fraying buttonhole is visible in the finished garment and cannot be reworked.

The machines are aimed at India's established garment and leather clusters, where rising buyer inspection standards and skilled operator attrition are pushing units toward automating individual operations rather than whole lines.

Manufacturers can request a material trial on their own fabric, leather or technical material at the company's Thane head office.
