How the Fund Works
The Pro Bono Translation Fund will:
- Allocate a set number of translation hours each month to humanitarian and refugee cases
- Prioritise referrals from recognised non-profits, legal aid providers and accredited representatives
- Provide either fully pro bono or significantly discounted translations, depending on case circumstances and available capacity
- Focus initially on core civil documents needed to establish identity, family relationships and key life events

USCIS Official Translation will review and adjust capacity regularly to maximise the number of applicants supported without compromising quality.

Partnering with Community Organisations

- Refugee and asylum support organisations
- Faith-based groups engaged in resettlement work
- Legal aid clinics and pro bono projects
