The instructions are a tad confusing but stare at it for a while and it'll make sense. I was able to put this together myself but you will need a second person to help lift the table up. The only downside is the table didn't come with it's caster wheels, but the seller sent the adjustable height desk https://www.fezibo.com/collections/height-adjustable-desk to me when they were notified. But other than that, the table has been working perfectly.
