The Administrator as the Facilitator
Recognizing the sincerity of the work, Upmanyu was granted an audience with Hon. Shri Goraksha Gadilkar (I.A.S.), the Chief Executive Officer of the Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust.
In a gesture of encouragement, the IAS officer honored Upmanyu with a traditional shawl. But Mr. Gadilkar offered something far more valuable than the accolade: Access. Understanding that art meant to serve the Divine requires a direct connection with the Master, the administration extended the rare privilege of a Protocol Darshan to Dhruv and his spouse, Namrata.
The Vision in the Sanctum
This protocol—usually reserved for high-ranking ministers and dignitaries—allowed the filmmaker to bypass the crowds and stand undisturbed in the sanctum. It was here, in the direct presence of Shri Sai Baba, that the shift happened.
"I went in to seek blessings for the audio release of Mere Sai Guruvar and the launch of Bhavshruti," Upmanyu reflects. "But standing there, I realized that a simple audio track wasn't enough. The vision I received in that silence demanded more—it demanded that I recreate the era, the atmosphere, and the very air of 1900s Shirdi."
From Blessing to World Record
Fueled by that specific darshan, Upmanyu returned to Mumbai and expanded the project. He deployed advanced Generative AI to visually reconstruct the 1900s era he had felt in that temple.
The result was historic. Mere Sai Guruvar (Sai Anubhuti) evolved from an audio track into a cinematic masterpiece, recently certified by World Records India as the "Longest Complete Solo-Creator Cinematic Restoration Spiritual AI Music Video."
Simultaneously, the blessings sought for Bhavshruti (IMDb: tt37724052) have now manifested into a full-scale devotional franchise, with Mere Sai Guruvar (IMDb: tt38984553) serving as its crown jewel.
Humility in Service
For Upmanyu, the distinction is clear: the administration provided the path, but the Guru provided the destination.
"I am deeply grateful to Hon. Gadilkar Sir for his visionary encouragement and for granting us this sacred access—he graciously opened the door when it mattered most," Upmanyu states. "But ultimately, the command came from Sai Baba. This World Record is not my achievement; it is simply my Guru Dakshina offered back to the feet of the Master."
Today, these projects stand as a testament to what happens when administrative excellence meets spiritual surrender—creating a legacy that will serve devotees for generations to come.
