Narayangarh, Nepal – Dipul Poudel, professionally known as imdipul, is a Nepali creative technologist, founder, and independent researcher working across digital media systems, creative technology, and independent research.
Since 2018, Poudel has independently operated imdipul Records, a creative technology label focused on music production, digital publishing, and online distribution. His sustained independent work has resulted in professional credits on the Internet Movie Database (IMDb) as a writer, composer, and editor.
Beyond creative production, Poudel has published an original theoretical framework titled Dipul’s Loss-Reclamation Priority Theory (LRPT) on the Open Science Framework (OSF), an international open-access research platform. The work reflects early engagement with abstract reasoning and independent academic inquiry.
In addition to his independent initiatives, Poudel has contributed to technology coordination and digital communication through leadership and IT roles within Rotary District 3292 (Nepal & Bhutan).
His work has gained international digital visibility through platforms such as IMDb, FilmFreeway, Indiefy, PRLog, IssueWire, and EverybodyWiki, highlighting the growing presence of youth-led innovation emerging from Nepal.
