Renowned motivational speaker Doug Dvorak will headline Mountain Youth of Vail’s Annual Fundraiser as the opening keynote speaker on October 23, 2025, at the Vail Country Club.

Known globally for his dynamic storytelling, humor, and ability to inspire positive change, Dvorak will share a message of resilience, community, and the power of purpose-driven living. His presentation, “Mission Possible: Empowering Youth and Communities to Rise Together,” will set the tone for an evening celebrating Mountain Youth’s ongoing work to uplift and empower young people throughout Eagle County.

“Doug’s message aligns perfectly with our mission to inspire, engage, and strengthen youth and families,” said Michelle Stecher, Executive Director of Mountain Youth. “We are honored to have him open our event and energize our supporters with his humor, passion, and message of hope.”

Doug Dvorak is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), an honor earned by fewer than 10% of professional speakers worldwide. He has presented to more than one million people in over 100 countries, sharing his insights on leadership, motivation, and personal excellence with organizations such as IBM, Google, Marriott, and the U.S. Air Force.

The Mountain Youth Annual Fundraiser brings together community leaders, sponsors, and advocates to raise critical funds supporting programs that promote mental wellness, leadership development, and substance use prevention among local youth.
